Western Massachusetts residents

Seeing images of destruction leveled by the massive gift & premium twister in Moore, Okla., this week brought back painful memories for Western Massachusetts residents affected by the 2011 tornadoes.

Juan Guerrero said that the Oklahoma tornado has brought up feelings about his own personal tragedy. His wife Angelica lost her life as she sheltered their then 15-year-old daughter Ibone in the bathtub. Guerrero escaped from their Union Street apartment.

"My life will never be gift premium fair kfea201esv the same,” Guerrero said. "I feel bad.”

Learning of other destruction caused by subsequent tornadoes has been hard for him.

"It is horrible seeing something happen over and over again. There is nothing we can do to stop Mother Nature,” he said.

His heart is with the people who have suffered in Oklahoma.

"I wish the best for them, but anything can happen,” Guerrero said. "These days anything can happen, happen anywhere.”

The West Springfield tornado also took premium gifts the life of 23-year-old Sergey Livchin, who was in a car on Main Street nearby.

His sister Irina, 22, said at first, after her family’s loss, every storm stirred up anxiety and memories. She said she is struck by how much more devastating the Oklahoma tornado is and her thoughts are with people there.
