Public institution assets assessment guide for comments

International china lawyers Valuation Standards Council ( IVSC ) issued a public sector assets assessment guide. The project covers the types of assets including the provision of transport, utilities and social, cultural, entertainment and service related buildings, structures, equipment and land.

This project by IVSC committee vice chairman Roy? Law shearn (RoyFarthing ) is responsible for.
